In March of 2020, when it became apparent that the COVID 19 pandemic was going to affect Nigeria, and that we would not be able to conduct our normal free medical missions in Nigeria this year. Our Board of Directors decided to redirect the funds that we had budgeted for the medical missions and give a grant to each one of our clinics to purchase PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and sanitizing supplies and other equipment to help protect our staff and patients from the ravages of the pandemic. All together, we have sent $ 14,000 to our six clinics for this purpose.
