Early in 2020, we received a generous gift to build a small rural clinic. A few days later, we received a commitment from another donor to build another small rural clinic. We have several long- standing requests for clinics in poor rural dioceses. We have begun initial conversations about choosing the sites for these clinics. Our plans have been postponed due to the pandemic, but we will continue our search as soon as we are able to travel again. We began in 2003 with one clinic at Kateri. We added one in Iburu in 2016, one in Gidan Waya and one in Gusau 2018, one in Port Harcourt 2019 and the newest one in Bari in 2020 for a total of six. Our goal is to have ten clinics by 2025. If you would like to sponsor a small clinic or a larger facility, please contact us ( katericlinic@gmail.com) A small rural clinic costs about $30,000. Larger facilities cost more.
