A young girl with recurrent bodily swelling presented with blood pressure of 150/110. Following tests and a diagnosis, she was placed on steroids and antibiotics. The follow-up clinic has seen remarkable improvement

A case of a 65 year old widow with no living children with grade 4 uterine prolapse. She benefited from a vaginal hysterectomy done by one of our good hands on the ground.

A young woman with features of heart failure. Following a chest x-ray, she was seen in subsequent days with a diagnosis of cardiomegaly. She was given a full month supply of a prescription and will receive followup care.

A middle aged man with recurrent pain, urine frequency and incontinence for three years. Preliminary investigations were done at the outreach. An abdominal scan revealed bladder cancer. He has been referred to a teaching hospital for continued care.

A case of a middle aged woman with fatigue, frequent urination, lower limb weakness and frequent falls for more than two years. She was screened and diagnosed with diabetes for the first time. She was prescribed anti-diabetics with a full month supply of drugs.
