We invite you to help with staff salaries

As we have grown, our staff salary expenses have increased. ​Our greatest ongoing need is a steady stream of donations to support our staff salaries. ​

KATERI MEDICAL SERVICES

We began in 2003 with three employees (one doctor and two nurses) at one clinic. We now have 67 employees in six clinics, including doctors, nurses, lab technicians, midwives, community health extension workers, sanitation workers and security guards.

OUR MOST URGENT NEED

We have had many generous gifts for clinic buildings — and we greatly appreciate them!!! But when the clinic buildings are finished, the cost of salaries goes on. Our medical staff are the heart and hands of Jesus bringing love through healing to about 20,000 people annually.

OUR ANNUAL STAFF SALARY CHALLENGE

At the present time, it costs approximately $100,000 to pay our staff salaries.

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Three years ago, we established the NEW HORIZONS FUND to fund salaries at our newest clinics. We have now expanded the goal of this fund to cover the salaries at all of our clinics.

• Annual pledge of $25,000 pays for staff salaries
  at one of our three large clinics
  
• Annual pledge of $12,000 pays for staff salaries
  at our medium-sized clinic
  
• Annual pledge of $6,000 pays for staff salaries
  at one of our small clinics
  
• Annual pledge of $2,000 pays the salary of a nurse
  
• Annual pledge of $1,000 pays the salary of two sanitation workers
  
• Annual pledge of $500 pays the salary of a security guard
